Governor Ahmad Aliyu commissioned the remodelled Malam Samaila Marina Jumuat Mosque in Marina — the 16th place of worship renovated under our administration’s effort to provide communities with decent, safe, and dignified spaces for spiritual growth. This initiative is part of our broader commitment to improving social welfare, strengthening institutions of faith, and fostering peace and harmony among our people. I am grateful to Distinguished Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, former Governor of Sokoto State and Senator representing Sokoto North, for honouring the event and for his steadfast support to community development. On behalf of the Government and people of Sokoto State, I extend sincere appreciation to our religious leaders and citizens for their continued prayers, guidance, and cooperation.
